General Policies and Requirements for Submission of Poster Abstracts
- All POSTER abstracts must be received by the Conference Managers no later than 12pm Friday 22nd of August 2014
- All submitting authors will be notified of the results of the review of abstracts by Monday 8th of September 2014.
- It is a condition of acceptance that the 1st author will be registered. There is no fee for attending the iStoppFalls Symposium. The iStoppFalls Symposium Conference is not able to provide funding for presenters.
- If your abstract is accepted, you must register your attendance at the iStoppFalls symposium including whether you wish to attend the symposium dinner by Sunday 31st August 2014.
- Presenters must be available to present on the first day of the symposium (Friday 24th October).
- All abstracts must contain original work.
- The presenting author must submit the abstract.
- All abstracts must be prepared according to the guidelines provided. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be returned to the author and must be resubmitted immediately in the correct format to be considered for inclusion in the program.
- It is the responsibility of the presenting author to ensure that the abstract is submitted correctly and received by the Conference Managers by the deadline. The Conference Managers will not be held responsible for abstract submissions not received.
- Abstracts must be prepared using the template available for download on the conference website. Abstracts must be 500 words or less (including references) and must not contain figures or tables.
- All posters should be A0, portrait. Horizontal posters will not be acceptable.
- Please make sure the content of your poster is readable for the public and delegates.
- The language of the poster must be in english.
