Studio Manager at RERYTE (m/f/d) Cologne and Düsseldorf
We’re seeking a highly motivated Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing cycling studio, while also leading creative marketing initiatives.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Passion for Fitness: You live and breathe fitness, whether professionally or personally.
Marketing Expertise: You have a background in marketing, ideally with experience in social media. Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using marketing tools and know how to leverage them strategically. Independent & Detail-Oriented: You work independently, are proactive, and have an eye for detail. Leadership Skills: You’re a natural leader with strong communication abilities.
Hands-On Approach: You're not afraid to dive into operations and keep everything running smoothly.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Management: Oversee all studio operations, from class scheduling and staff management to facility upkeep.
Marketing & Strategy: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across social media platforms, organize events, and manage member communications. Team Development: Organize training sessions and team meetings to foster personal and professional growth.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with leadership to shape the future of the studio and contribute to long- term growth strategies.
