mySpoho is new campus management portal

Those who have applied for a study place via mySpoho already know mySpoho. Now mySpoho is the central campus management system for all students of the German Sport University Cologne.

From now on, students can log in there with their DSHS ID and the corresponding password. mySpoho can be reached at: https://myspoho.dshs-koeln.de

It is important that the personal data (e-mail address, address, telephone number) in mySpoho is up to date. This is especially true for the e-mail address, because this is the correspondence address, e.g. in case the password for the DSHS-ID has to be reset.

Via mySpoho, students can, among other things, view their student status and submit various applications, e.g. for leave of absence, de-registration, changes to their personal data, and reimbursement of tuition fees. Furthermore, mySpoho offers the possibility to retrieve enrollment certificates, fee certificates, a listing of the previous study progress and other certificates independently.

Important: Course and exam management will continue to be handled by LSF until the final completion of mySpoho! The application for courses in the LSF phases and the registration for exams will also continue to be handled via LSF. The application for a new study program, e.g. for a consecutive Master's program, or a change of study program is now also done directly via mySpoho. A separate application account does not need to be created.
