Guidelines for manuscript design in sports science (dvs)

The guidelines are essentially based on the American Psychological Association (APA) standard in its latest version (APA Publication Manual, 6th Edition 2010). They have been adapted by the German Association for Sports Science (dvs) for use in sports science and apply to the publication organs of the German Association for Sports Science (book series "Schriften der Deutschen Vereinigung für Sportwissenschaft"). Other journals and book series of sports science have also adopted these guidelines.
