Education

In terms of teaching, the Institute is in particular responsible for sport-specific training in athletics, gymnastics, swimming and diving in the sport as well as in the field of strength, endurance, and coordination training. The education encloses theoretical and practical terms. Overall, the staff of the Institute cover more than 250 teaching hours per week in the BA, MA, and teacher training courses at the German Sport University. In addition, employees of the Institute offer others seminars in the fields of neuroscience, exercise science, sports for the disabled, exercise physiology, health education, and research methodology.
