Certificate "Regulation of Global Sport" for Marloes Ekkelboom
Marloes Ekkelboom, staff member at the Institute of Sports History, has received the Certificate of Advanced Studies in ‘Regulation of Global Sport’ from the University of Lausanne (UNIL). This relatively new certificate, based on three compact modules at the Faculty of Law, Criminal Justice and Public Administration at the UNIL and an oral examination, analyses the legal as well as the social, economic and political dimensions of global sport regulation. During the events, the content was taught by experts from a wide range of fields, both university and non-university, e.g. CAS arbitrators or investigators from the ITA. With the international audience as well as teaching staff, the course offered the chance to make many contacts in the sports world on an international level.
