Dr. Karsten E. Schul is a senior lecturer at the Institute of Exercise Training and Sport Informatics (Department II: Cognition- and Sports Games Research) at the German Sport University Cologne. Within the scope of his PhD (2015), he investigated cognitive skills in basketball. The A-licence holder (basketball) is also a member of the Teacher and Coaches Commission of the German Basketball Federation (DBB), a lecturer within the framework of the youth coach education of the Basketball Bundesliga BBL, and active as a coach at various levels nationally and internationally.
