Information on the exams in winter semester 2021/22
The examination office of the German Sport University Cologne informs all students about the procedure and rules of the upcoming examination phases.
The general conditions for the examinations of WiSe 2021/22 at the German Sport University Cologne result from the Corona Protection Regulation of January 11, 2022 in the version valid from January 16, 2022. The CoronaSchVO will expire at the end of February 9, 2022 and will probably be amended then. The Examination Office therefore asks for your understanding that only the current legal situation can be communicated at any given time.
In principle, the 3G rule (vaccinated, recovered or tested) applies according to the current legal situation for access to theoretical examinations. Non-immunized examinees are therefore also eligible to take theoretical presence examinations if, at the time of the examination, they have a negative result of a rapid antigen test ("citizen test") certified in accordance with the Corona Test and Quarantine Ordinance that was carried out no more than 24 hours previously or a negative result of a PCR test certified by a recognized laboratory that was carried out no more than 48 hours previously. We request that all immunized examinees voluntarily perform a rapid antigen test/self-test prior to taking the examination for the protection of all those involved in the examination and for the purpose of containing the incidence of infection.
The 2Gplus regulation applies to indoor sports practical examinations (2G applies to outdoor sports practical examinations). However, non-immunized examinees are eligible to take the exam if they have a negative PCR test certified by a recognized laboratory that was taken no more than 48 hours ago.
Please be sure to bring your required proof of immunization and/or testing and your official identification with you to the examinations. Without such proof, you will not be admitted to the examination site and will therefore not be able to take part in the examination. No re-examination dates are offered.
For theoretical examinations in presence, at least one medical mask must be worn indoors - also in the access area and in queues. The same applies to outdoor queues, queuing areas or similar. Therefore, please be sure to bring at least one medical mask with you. Immunized examinees may exceptionally refrain from wearing a mask when taking part in written or oral examinations if the seats have a minimum distance of 1.5 meters or are arranged in a checkerboard pattern. Non-immunized examinees must wear at least one medical mask throughout the examination until they leave the examination room. The instructions of security personnel, examiners and invigilators must be followed.
Admission and entry lists for the examinations can be found here. These lists will be published after the end of the deregistration period; usually six days before the exam. If you take an exam on a white slip after prior consultation with the examiners, you will be assigned a seat on site. Your admission will then start 15 minutes before the exam begins.
The access to the examination sites (especially for the big examinations) will be according to the handling in the last two examination periods. Please observe the route plans and keep the required distance.
In case of non-attendance, please withdraw from the examination in due time. By doing so, you contribute in your own interest to avoid irregularities in the LSF.
