Digital Master Info Day

The Digital Master Info Day is aimed at anyone interested in enrolling in a Master's degree programme at the German Sport University Cologne.
In addition to general information about the admission requirements and the application and admission process, the consecutive Master's degree programmes (except the Master of Education) will each be presented. The International Office will provide information about studying and internships abroad. Current Master students will share their experience and talk about university life here at the German Sport University.
The Master Info Day will take place in virtual meeting rooms using the Cisco Webex application.

The video conferencing tool “Webex”, used by us for the event, is provided by UK-based Cisco International Ltd. With which the German Sport University Cologne has concluded a data processing agreement. The Cisco group (“Cisco”) has its headquarters in the USA. Both countries are so-called “third countries” outside the EU or the EEA, in which a level of data protection comparable to that in the EU cannot be assumed without further ado. The EU Commission has issued a so-called “adequacy decision” for the UK, in which an adequate level of data protection was determined for the country. The US company Cisco Systems, Inc., together with various affiliated US companies, has subjected itself to the regulations of the Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework and has thus committed to an adequate level of data protection. In addition, the transfer of data to the USA is based on so-called “EU standard contractual clauses”. You can find Cisco's data protection information here.
