Workshop in Mindful Lifting - apply by April 16th.

Mindful Lifting combines mindfulness, strength training, and self-therapy to enhance both physical and mental strength and resilience. Participants learn to support their athletes in building strength, overcoming emotional challenges, and boosting self-confidence. The training includes body awareness practices like yoga nidra and body scans, alongside fundamental strength exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. Progressive overload principles are applied to cultivate focus and resilience. By recognizing how emotions manifest in the body, strength training becomes a tool for releasing tension and overcoming emotional blockages.
