Gastwissenschaftler am IESF

Im Sommersemester 2018 begrüßt das IESF zwei Gastwissenschaftler zu einem Aufenthalt an der DSHS. Seit 15.4.2018 ist Quentin Tonnerre von der Université Lausanne für vier Wochen in Köln zu Gast. Für den 7.5.2018 erwartet das IESF Dr. Jung Woo (Jay) Lee von der University of Edinburgh.  

Quentin Tonnerre lebt und arbeitet in Lausanne, Schweiz. Er hat einen Master in Sport and Social Sciences absolviert und promoviert seit drei Jahre am Sport Sciences Institute der Universität Lausanne zum Thema "Diplomacy, Neutrality and Sport in Switzerland (1928-1981)".
Bis Oktober 2018 wird er an der Humboldt Universität Berlin zu den Verbindungen von Sport und Diplomatie in der Schweiz der 1920iger Jahre erforschen, um dann nach Lausanne zurück zu kehren.

Dr Jung Woo (Jay) Lee arbeitet am Institute for Sport, Physical Education and Health Sciences (ISPEHS) an der Universität Edinburgh. Aktuell arbeitet er an Projekten zu den Themen "A critical evaluation of the Olympic Legacies: The case of the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea", "Sport und Soziale Transformation" sowie zur Globalisierung von Krickett am Beispiel Südkorea.
